Chieh Huang is the CEO and a Co-founder of Boxed Wholesale.  Boxed is the wholesale experience for those without the time, means or patience for a brick-and-mortar warehouse club trip.  The company currently delivers to anywhere in the Continental USA, and has raised $150 million in funding to date.  In 2015, Chieh announced he would be personally paying for the college tuition of all of his employees' children.

Prior to Boxed, Chieh was the CEO of Astro Ape, one of the first mobile social gaming studios.  After Zynga's pre-IPO acquisition of Astro Ape, he became the Director of Zynga Mobile NY, leading the fastest and most efficient game team within Zynga.

Guido Campello

Born and raised in Miami, Guido Campello graduated from the industrial design program at Design and Architecture Senior High in 1999 and New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study in 2003 with a degree in Urban Design & Planning. He commenced his design career in interior finishes and renderings at Pompei AD New York for retailers Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Free People and MTV. After moving to Japan in 2005 as part of the J.E.T.T. English teaching program he joined the Sales and Marketing team at a Japanese distribution company in Tokyo. Upon returning to New York in 2007, he became VP of Sales, Branding & Innovation at Cosabella and in 2010 partnered with his wife, Dr. Sapna Palep, to launch her private practice Spring Street Dermatology. In 2014 Guido Campello took over as Cosabella’s first CEO and in 2015 he was inducted into The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Inc. (CFDA). At Cosabella he managed all exclusive design collaborations with the likes of Paul & Joe, Erin Fetherston, Urban Outfitters, Barneys, Bergdorf, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Galleries Lafayette, Lane Crawford, Amazon, Shopbop, J.Crew, Carmen Marc Valvo & Sex and the City on exclusive collections. He also led the Creations of extension lines Cosabella Lusso, Cosabella Amore & CSBLA.

2016 will mark the launch of Guido's first solo design efforts across food and fashion.

Ivka Adam is the "lady expert" of the 3-person founding team at, a fast-fashion fine jewelry company currently in stealth mode.  Beyond the usual strategy, business development, marketing and creative direction you’d expect in a CMO role, she also serves as the company's resident hand model and "jewelry tryer-oner."  The founding team previously worked together at Modnique, a global fashion e-commerce destination, where Ivka served as the vice president of marketing & mobile. She led all marketing and communication strategies, and provided direction on the company’s development, and execution of the mobile product.
Prior to Modnique, Ivka spent nearly four years in a variety of roles at eBay including leadership positions in verticals business strategy and global marketing, ultimately serving as senior manager of North America mobile marketing from 2011 to 2013.  She has over a decade of experience in management and marketing roles from Ernst & Young, linguistics search start-up Cognition Technologies,, and Hulu.

Mr. Argir joined the Company from Toys “R” Us, Inc., where he served as Chief Digital Officer since 2012, overseeing digital businesses in 13 countries. He is an accomplished e-Commerce/Omni-Channel leader who brings a deep understanding of Retail, e-Commerce, Information Technology and Supply Chain, with a proven track record for driving organizations to high levels of performance and profitability.
Prior to Toys “R” Us, Mr. Argir was Chief Information Officer at The Sports Authority, Inc., where he led the organization through a formal web redesign, incrementally increasing page conversion through a focus on improved usability and experience. He also served as a consultant to Best Buy, Inc., where he collaborated on productivity and strategic technology investments. Mr. Argir also spent five years at Target Corporation as Vice President of Supply Chain Development. Additionally, he served on the Board of the Global Commerce Initiative. 
Mr. Argir lives in Greenwood Lake, NY, with his wife and 5 children, and is actively involved in non-profit organizations that benefit children.

Since joining Gap Inc. in April 2009, Blair has worked exclusively at Old Navy, applying his leadership experience in various strategic and operational roles that directly contribute to the brand’s success. He is currently VP & GM, Online, Old Navy, where he is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of both IM and Merchandising for ONOL as well as driving strategy and improved profitability of the operations of the business, including shipping, fulfillment, and returns. Previously, Blair was VP & General Manager of Franchise, Mexico, Canada and Japan operations at Old Navy, a division of Gap Inc., where he led the teams responsible for growing Old Navy around the globe. Paul Gulbin is a managing director with CohnReznick Advisory who leads the Firm’s digital services platform as part of the Technology and Digital Advisory Practice.  He advises retail companies on how to become more agile, innovative, and customer- and employee-focused by making digital a core part of how they conduct business.  Paul specializes in digital and customer engagement, customer experiences design, digital marketing, channel and content management, customer identity management, mobility, and analytics.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Paul was a North America Digital Practice Leader at Capgemini where he was instrumental in designing and building a global digital center of excellence and operating model for one of the world’s largest life sciences companies. He launched mobility strategy for the world’s largest provider of biopharmaceutical development and commercial outsourcing services. Paul graduated from the Executive Master’s Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.

Laurie joins Curalate with more than 20 years experience as a sales and marketing leader at various software and media technology companies, most recently Oracle Data Cloud. She joined Oracle as part of the Datalogix acquisition where as an executive team member she headed up sales and solutions across their major brands. Prior to Datalogix, Laurie worked at Mode Media and Satmetrix. When she relocated to the U.S. from the UK, she joined two start¬up companies acquired by IBM, Tivoli and Crossworlds. Laurie was born and educated in England, spent some of her childhood in Asia and met her husband in 1995 during the America’s Cup in San Diego. They currently reside in Miami with their two sons and also have a home in New York.
