Anssi Rusi is Smartly.io’s COO and CFO. His background is in engineering, product management, sales and international operations. He joined the company in January 2014, when Smartly.io was still a free tool used by just a handful of beta customers in Finland. Anssi is known as a tough negotiator and is occasionally referred to as the “bad cop” within the team. He spent a year as a peacekeeper in Kosovo, plays guitar in a rock band and enjoys hockey in his free time.
