Al Lalani

Al Lalani is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategist at Social Annex. He’s responsible for the product vision of the customer loyalty and advocate marketing software firm, and leads as an SME in all things e-commerce, retail, and customer engagement. 

Prior to starting Social Annex in 2011, Al oversaw e-commerce and online product management at Teleflora, managing several e-commerce services and partners. He has over 10 years of experience on all different facets of e-commerce, from product development to marketing to technical integrations. This variety of experience and technical expertise gives him a unique background upon which to draw when giving his IR Top 500 and Fortune 500 clients advice.
